I was thinking that same thing. GM killed people and knew they were doing it yet no criminal chargers have ever been filed...

My only moment of “what....?” while reading this was the power plant. While it maybe a good one I still dont understand why its not a 1.5L turbo and a 2.0L turbo? Give the 1.5 the 174HP but then give the 2.0 like 210HP. Then you could bump the SI up to 220HP or 230HP and the Type R up to north of 250HP.

That R34 is so illegal but oh so good....

Sounds a lot like 895 in Richmond VA., no one uses it and just years after it opened the company is bankrupt and the road is now owned by the creditors.

I would have to see the actual charges with wat the statute states before making a judgement on whether or not he deserves murder charges. just because it seems fitting does not mean the murder statute should be used to punish him.

Still going to loose to these boys...

Their V12's have no turbos...

This would depend on the location of the people doing the recruiting and their citizenship status. If they are outside the borders of the US and not US citizens then they are fair game for the military to act upon. Peoples outside the US and not US citizens have no protection under the Constitution. US citizens,

Meanwhile GM, who we all now by now, knowingly refused to fix a part costing the company 57 cents per unit to fix recalled 29 million vehicles and killed 124 people.

Completely agree.

We still lost one, my condolences to his family...

Yup and Im not going to spend weeks working on it so its no go for me.

I gotta ask, whats with the Russians and windows on their subs? I would think that would be a major design hurdle. Also whats the structure on top of the conning tower?

Wonder how much training those emergency workers are with hybrids tech in cars, cant just go up to one and stark mucking about with it. Plus the new materials used in the i8 might pose some difficulties.

Yeah the M5 is out the window, way to much for general maintenance and its hard as hell to find one in the shape I want. As the E39 in general, after doing some reading just to much of a pain in the ass to keep. Most shops around me want way to much for working on them.

Most marines, who had seen actual combat, my dad introduced me to when he was in Navy were fully behind the Marines having an air force for their purposes. Those boys are very good at supporting ground forces and working with Forward Air Controllers who are actually pilots doing a rotation as a controller.

Funny thing that this article should pop-up. I have been considering buying a E39 M5 or 540i Sport once I pay off my MKV GTI. Probably not now though, leaning towards buying a Silvia or something unique from Japanese Classic Imports since I live 10 min from them.

Welp here goes another email to the Congressmen...

You have never met a Marine who has put in 20 have you?

Agreed, I really liked my 2008 two door but I LOVE my 09 four door. So much easier to use daily.
