I have seen a few on the road in my area and on the lots. Seems the four doors are selling better. I would take a four door to replace my MKV GTI four door. After VW got rid of the trick folding seats in the MKIV GTI I wouldn’t get a two door.

I saw something like this at the new swanky mall they built a few years ago. Crusing around the outer loop I come across a first gen Viper GTS, red with two white LeMans stripes. I follow it like im going to park and once it does out steps this gorgeous brunette in black knee length dress and a set of red pumps. I

While a like the styling this time around I personally dont consider this it hatchback but more of a fastback or traditional coupe.

Well good luck getting this mess through Congress. No one on either side of the isle wants to say they voted to bring terrorists into the country.

Agreed. Funny thing is I LOVE the the v10 in this thing sounds compared to some Chevy V8 in the Corvette. American V8s sound like someone opened the crankcase and threw in a bunch of nuts and bolts and closed it backup. I swear they sound broken inside some place...

Funny thing about those RS6 touring cars the dominated back then, Audi didn’t necessarily quit the series...the series banned the use of any four wheel drive systems so Audi packed it stuff up and left.

The lack of big name sponsors is worrying for McLaren again this year...

While I do think the latest M models look great they have lost one thing that made them truly great in their space, they never looked like they were stupid fast cars. Sure if you knew what to look for you could tell but to the average person on the street they were none the wiser. Take the E34 and E39 M5, they had

I though Stuxnet was never proven to be of US or Israeli origin. Last I heard there were hints that it was but no definitive proof.

Id rather have a 911 over a GT-R all day long. Never liked the looked of the GT-R and while it is very impressive from a technical standpoint most people who have driven them say they are a very cold and uninteresting car to drive.

You can differentiate the catapult officers from the rest of the yellow shirts by the trousers they wear. Normally the enlisted yellows wear the camo but the officers wear the khaki ones.

Sounds like my dad aboard CA-136 USS Chicago, he said they were “somewhere in the northern Pacific” and ran into a bad weather. Waves were coming over the 03 deck...

Can Evans and leave LeBlanc I say....

Pretty sure armored cockpit doors wont help you when you are struck by a SAM or MANPADS...

This is the kind of stuff my mom and dad talk about when they served during Vietnam and later. Stories like my mom freezing my dads chiefs cover in a block of ice before he was to go on duty or messing with the new guys with the ink used in the comm shack, wiring the duty officer to his chair then having the mat men

I will admit that I do this with my GTI. Main reason is when we get snow we normally get some ice with it. The GTI wipers are actually parked below the hood line and as a result get snow and ice packed over them. They sit below the the dash and as a result the defrost would take forever to unfreeze them. I end up

Let me play devils advocate here for a sec. What has changed in the worlds perception of warfare that makes civilian casualties near unacceptable? Civilian casualties were the norm during both world wars and bombing the enemies cites, factories etc into oblivion was an acceptable way to wage said war. What happened to

This is on my list along with the Endurance Racer!

This article should be much shorter and jsut say dont buy one, instead by a MKVII GTI. Example - Top Gear UK Series 21 Episode 5

First one was bad enough but luckily didnt include VW models. Now Im all worried that my GTI may have a bomb on the wheel....
