Quite the opposite.
Quite the opposite.
TMBG: Nothing’s Gonna Change My Clothes / Hotel Detective / She’s an Angel
Lincoln: Shoehorn With Teeth / Stand On Your Own Head / Snowball in Hell
Flood: Istanbul / Dead / Your Racist Friend
A18: Dig My Grave / I Palindrome I / She’s Actual Size
JH: I Should Be Allowed to Think / Extra Savoir-Faire / Why Must I Be Sad?
FS:…
Ooooh, co-signed on your Factory Showroom and John Henry picks. Hard to say which of those album I like best.
Used to put on “Flood” every time I sat down to start writing a paper in college.
Exit Music -> Let Down -> Karma Police does it for me. EDIT: And apparently a lot of other people. Sorry to clog up your notifications before reading all the way through.
Exit Music > Let Down > Karma Police is pure magic to me
Surely Climbing Up The Walls, No Surprises, Lucky. Or you could go with Exit Music, Let Down and Karma Police. To be fair, only Subterranean Homesick Alien and Electioneering are letting the album down.

Yeah, “Birdhouse”/”Lucky Ball and Chain”/”Istanbul” is about as perfect as 3 songs can be!
James K. Polk three times in a row.
EDGY!!!

The Statue Got Me High
Spider
The Guitar
Shoehorn With Teeth > Stand On Your Own Head > Snowball in Hell or GTFO
RATM, the opening trio of Evil Empire. “Bulls on Parade” gets all the play, but the two tracks on either side of it are tremendous. “People of the Sun” is a phenomenal, hard minute and a half and “Vietnow” is lyrically one of the best songs they ever made.
Guys, we did it. The single most hipster comment ever created.
I’m incredibly boring, so I’m gonna nominate Any Colour You Like/Brain Damage/Eclipse
Damn the Torpedoes - Refugee/Here Comes my Girl/Even the Losers
I want to say the last three songs on Frances The Mute by The Mars Volta, but that’s almost an hour of music so it feels like cheating. Instead I’ll go with the last three songs on their previous album, De-Loused In The Comatorium: This Apparatus Must Be Unearthed, Televators, Take The Veil Cerpin Taxt. (At first I…
