That’s the thing, at that moment she was a star. She was talented enough, and bankable enough, that she would’ve had a ton of opportunities. She had so much potential.

Just here to say Miel’s podcast with Demi Adejuyigbe, “Punch Up the Jam”, is a lot of fun and worth your time checking out.

You’re being way too harsh. She was funny, charming, and likable. She was the kind of actress that could play the everywoman protagonist in a winning way that everyone can identify with.

A hobby of mine is restoring rusty old tools. I watch a lot of YouTube videos about tool restoration, so now my recommendations are like 99% tool restoration videos.

I like the show too, but the genre of “just 2-3 people in a room” doesn’t always work for me. I know it’s tried and true with a million shows, old school morning radio, and the like, but I still prefer a podcast to have a guest or a topic, even if it is completely asinine or arcane, just to keep things somewhat…

Haha, speaking of Irish Car Bombs, I was at a Hofbrauhaus (a German restaurant/brewery chain) here in the midwest when a bunch of bros came in and ordered a round of Irish Car Bombs. The very nice, petite bartender said, “hell no, we don’t serve that Irish shit. This is a German place.”

My favorite fact about this league that I learned from Wikipedia 30 seconds ago is there a team called the “Saint-Georges Cool FM 103.5", so named because they are owned by a local adult contemporary radio station.
