@ChAwech: You're not quite right. Google Chrome is also exhaustively covered. But of course, it does weigh in with an impressive 0.74% market share - which is only slightly less than Opera.

I voted other. My smartphone is invaluable in terms of keeping me up to date and stay in touch with co-workers and contacts. But although I can do minor tasks on the go, there is no way it can replace my computer.

Puppy! No doubt. Especially because of its boot-into-ram feature which is very nice. Probably not the most user friendly of the mentioned distros. But it has friendly users :)

I edit a website where we have our own url-shortener, which I often use on the site itself. Because it also serves the purpose of makeing urls which are easier to remember. Alternatively, I use kortlink.dk, which probably only makes sense if you understand Danish.

Microsofts very own File Format Converter does the job for me. Have not experienced problems with it so far.

@Ryan Fisher: Could not agree more. Or should I say: Amen!

Depends. Which one of them?

I agree that personally getting in touch with the offender and politely explain why they should stop forwarding hoaxes, jokes and petitions or why crowding the TO-field perhaps is not such a hot idea is the better approach although not the easier. If a co-worker or friend is confronted with the problem from me in
