This entire article hits me in the feels. Nothing snarky to add. Just a great job.

My wife’s FJ Cruiser has a similar blind-spot behemoth and it’s scary to drive. Hope that no one’s riding in your blind spot!
I was in Des Moines a month ago and caught a game at Principal Park (previously Sec Taylor) for the whopping $5 general admission. You just couldn’t sit in the infield sections, which presumably cost more. We even got to see Albert Almora Jr play. The tickets were a fantastic value. The beer prices though were not.
NFL has too many damn rules. Lawyers would love this sport.
David Carr: get makeup in here. More eyeliner
It only applies to QB’s who are in national commercials
Those Hulu and Progressive ads are already cringeworthy
I really wonder how much net he loses. This could be a $25m screwup, which hopefully means Drew Rosenhaus loses $2.5m too
Counterpoint - a good attorney (for AB) should be able to argue that a simple non-criminal no-physical-contact “disagreement” with management should not negate $29m of guaranteed money.
I’d probably move OT’s above WR’s... average OT’s frequently get more overpaid than even above-average WR’s
Fun fact - Lebron believes Akron OH is the taco capital of the USA
Did you know: CR7 is older than Wayne Rooney
Enjoy smug Josh Rosen, he with a very punchworthy face
Rude roster move. Not very polite at all.
Fentanyl Fairy brought them! Like magic
For football, with a good o-line, you can run for a first down. See Denver Broncos no-name running backs. And Samkon Gado.
Cardinals should sign her. Gimmick offense. Smallish QB with weird hand claps and false starts. Low expectations going in (4-12 best case). Indoor stadium with lovely pristine grass. Drunk GM who could be remembered for something other than the DUI-fest that is happening there.
How short is the leash if she misses that first one though?
Pace of play is a slow death. Soccer with it’s easy two hour commitment (90+ stoppage + halftime) will eat baseball alive in the next generation.
Was just in Des Moines and caught an ICubs AAA game. I think it was $5 (or $8 without the coupon) to sit anywhere outside the infield sections. Can’t beat that price. The dumb thing is that MLB could make more on food/beer just by getting more butts in cheaper seats.
