They presented a real TV show around the same time, on which a contestant was asked the question "who is older, Ant or Dec?" to which the contestant replied "which one of you is Ant?" I may be wrong but I think this happened pre-Love Actually and may have prompted the line.

He's also great as Jeffrey Grainger in the Auf Wiedersehn Pet series where they sell the Tees transporter bridge to an Arizona native tribe.

"I ran it under a cold tap"

In the ninth wave section, what you see on screen is real, what you see on the stage is dreams and hallucinations. This distinction isn't as clear on CD.

Ah right - i was thinking about my other post mentioning the And Dream of Sheep video when I read your post and assumed you were referring to that.

There are some gems in that as well. Especially the version of Lily that was then used as the opener for the concert.

It was on there recently.

Kate Bush? New Romantic? Behave yourself.

I was lucky enough to get a ticket to the show, which was indeed stunning. I'm disappointed they didn't bring out a DVD but actually, listening to the CD I realise I'll play this far more than I would a DVD and it willl bring back great memories every time.

And turning to Chewie and saying "Can you believe it? In 11 years I'll be dating her".

It wasn't Tatooine?

I had no idea Americans drank so much light beer. Does it have the same attraction as diet coke (i.e. the psychological excuse to eat more doughnuts)?

Utter mayhem from the very start - beer cans and bottles flying between the stage and crowd (in both directions) - and Ad Rock arrested and charged (although I believe the charges were later dropped). At the end of the concert (approximately 11 minutes after it started) members of the crowd were chanting "We tamed

I like to think that the legendary Liverpool gig in 1987 was what stopped them from going too far down the moronic rabbit hole they were flirting with at that point.

There was a court case. The judge ruled that Grandmaster was a general term, and as long as they didn't use the name Flash, they were fine. Hence Grandmaster Melle Mel and the Furious Five.
