I think he's a little old to play at this point.
"The world is honestly kind of hard and miserable, and some of us are just built to withstand it differently than others."
no it's the fact that the manufacture gives such a high score to meet their criteria. If they really wanted to help customers and the industry they would ask for real surveys. I had a 99.1% CSI for the year and did I think 99% of the people were happy, no it's because a good salesperson coaches the customer…
As someone who works in the industry, this does happen. The problem is the "Customer Satisfaction" scores are all complete bs. The manufacturer I work for requires a 952 or higher average. That means if you were to give all 9's on a survey of 1-10, you would fail...... Do you think that gives anyone accurate…
Everyone's playing by the same rules though, so what's the issue?
Agreed. The idea behind improving customer satisfaction is absolutely the right one - If you take the extra steps to provide an outstanding customer experience, throughout the entire customer lifecycle, you WILL sell more cars, gain more service appointments, and ultimately be more profitable. Over time, this…
Not surprised at all.
The 10 or nothing thing is so stupid. It makes the survey data valueless. At best its a threat you can use once. I never have- I always told dealers I will just give you 10's and if I have an issue I will call you and we will work it out. And they have. But I am careful the dealerships I work with too.
Caddy screwed the pooch back in the late 80's and 90's for far too long to get younger people REALLY interested in buying one. Same goes for Buick and, to some extent, Lincoln. I mean, I know the CTS and ATS are powerful luxury beasts, but even at that steep of a discount, I'm not going to buy one because:
The root problem is the entire survey process. It's unreasonable. There's no middle ground between perfection and failure. A "good" survey is perfect 10's across the board. A 9/10 score equals failure. These surveys are tied to huge financial benefits/penalties for both the dealership and its salespeople, so they've…
I work across multiple industries, it's like this everywhere. See, it's all about upper management and executives receiving bonuses based upon customer sat ratings. So, bad ones thrown in the trash, only good ones submitted.
I'm looking for a 2014 cts or ats, but it's the same old games. They show these great cars below 40k on dealer websites and they promise that's it's on the floor ready to go, then I get there and a $60000 car is waiting.
Thats on reason i will never live in fear of AI the biggest threat to my well being is other humans and that won't change for as long as i can care.
I've always questioned the storytime notion that someone from the past would be floored by our shiny future. I think your average Joe would fairly quickly, if not instantaneously, grasp that a car was a transportation device, etc. They might not understand how it works, but then again, neither do most of the people in…
Actually water is not wet, it makes other objects wet.
Guy's its okay I watched this great film called 'Battleship" it proved that you can re activate a BB in a few short hours to fight a foreign force.. Seemed legit to me that the Navy even keeps live ammo stored aboard just in case..
Prosecute swatters as attempted murder.
Lynch told the people in attendance, that in his world, they don't even exist. When he goes home, he is with his family, and when they go home, they are with their hate trying to tear him down. That about says it all.
This honestly says more about that state of sports journalism in 2015 than a thousand Romenesko articles.
Man, reporters are just like children or ex's that can't get a hint. They can't get what they want so they stomp their feet and keep demanding the same thing over and over. Just move onto a different player.
