Why is it so hard to believe? I was shooting with a Hasssy which involves bending down to look in the view finder, I framed the shot and as I looked up and hit the shutter, they moved in. I'm really regretting posting this now. Sheeeesh

Utterly agree. I recently captured a photo of a couple who had just got married on my Medium Format camera. It wasn't until I got the film developed I saw that someone had just come in at the last minute to obscure the Brides face with a fucking iPad.

If you're using a cup to do a panorama, then surely you're going to appear in that photo at some point as you're spinning it around?

I maybe wrong, but I'm pretty sure in the UK there needs to be a disclaimer (even in small print) that the video or shots taken could have been taken by another camera other than a Nokia. How have they not broken any rules? How are they able to get away with this?
