Sure, another option for an EV that only the 0.1% can afford. I bet Chevy sells dozens of them!

Biden* is trying to line up his 15 million barrel release from the petroleum reserves any day now, in hopes of keeping gasoline prices stable or going slightly lower ahead of election day.
“Some states allow ‘antique’ plates as soon as 20 years (CT MD KS), so you can get antique plates NOW for the first model year.
I loved my 2003 FX4 until the rust ate it to swiss cheese
I have a spreadsheet I’ve used to realistically compare my ICE vehicles to potential EV replacements. The $/kWh is hugely important in this calculation. If I’m overnight charging at home for my daily commute, EV is hugely cost efficient from a $/mile perspective.
The science is settled, it’s scaling that’s the problem. The feedstock supply chain isn’t developed, along with the production side.
Just wait until the Strategic Petroleum Reserve teat gets shut off next month after the election.
FSD seems like one of those things that is totally feasible to someone that knows a little about tech, but every single engineer working behind the scenes knows damn well these things will literally never be released into the wild.
We haven’t even scratched the surface with ethanol. So far, it’s just been a phone’d in attempt at meeting a government mandate.
Agree 100%. Eddie Bauer trim packages were very “middle class luxury” and Ford literally couldn’t make them fast enough.

TF? Show me one used car listed for $50k that is 5 years old that isn’t a luxury brand.
So you’re claiming that Corolla won’t need $1000/year in repairs after it is out of warranty with 120,000 miles around year 6 of ownership?
Don’t forget about our sneaky, pesky friend depreciation.
I feel this on a spiritual level.
Lol good luck with this mindset. Losing $30k in value over 5 years of ownership is $500/month in depreciation alone. If you aren’t factoring that cost into the affordability equation, you’re in for a bad time.
Topeka is pretty darn good too. Heartland Park is hugely active with very major sanctioned events, both on the strip and the road course. SCCA HQ is also right next door. There is a very active dirt track culture in the area, the kids quarter midget club is absolutely massive you can barely get in, and much more.
