I went from being thin and conventionally pretty to overweight and in a wheelchair. The difference in how people treat me is astounding. Now, I’m normally ignored. Sometimes, though, people approach me asking way too many questions about why I’m in my chair to people asking to pray over me. No thank you.

That makes sense. Our house was built in 2000. 

Move to a rural area. We have a huge walk-in pantry. We also live fifteen minutes from the nearest grocery store.

The people who built our house put the island in backwards. If you tried to sit at it, you’d constantly be hit by the oven door or refrigerator door. How you can install something like that so badly is beyond belief.

I can solve your clutter issue quite easily. You can borrow my cat, Marshmallow. He won’t let anything remain on our island. He pushes everything off one at a time, preferably in the middle of the night.

Lol, you’re funny and right about child labor laws! I definitely worked on our family farm much younger. A lot of my “town” friends here in rural Ohio worked on farms, too. Easiest way to make money. Or, at least, a lot better than babysitting.

Me, too. It’s awful. But, you can only work farm jobs when you’re fourteen. My brother hated baling hay the most.

My parents owned a pumpkin farm. It’s hard work. Lifting pumpkins all day tires you out.

I did, too, during my second trimester. I’m sorry you had that awful thing happen. As far as Chrissy, I was in hospital getting a blood transfusion (for another reason) at the same time as her. John Legend is from where I am. I feel so horribly sad for them.

My mom performed some wizardry with the top of our wedding cake. When we got it out a year later, it actually tasted really good. But, it was high quality to begin with.

I totally agree it’s wrong and abusive. But, have you ever been repeatedly punched by a 6’2”, 250lb kid with autism?
