ohai it me
ohai it me
A checkmark on clothes you own when shopping would be INCREDIBLY useful for me. I hate that I have to remember what I bought.
There’s a reason why I don’t return to Animal Crossing games long after I stop playing them. But stupidly, I decided…
Anyone cyring about games on other systems most likely don’t pay rent, pay for their internet, pay for their cellphone, and aren’t adults. Because who cares about a game porting over years later... are you still playing the game? No? F-off
uh what? Are you stupid? The game has been exclusive for years. Way to generalize.
Really? It’s a three year old game... Its like 20$ on PS4 now. Sony got all the money they can get from its exclusivity on PS4. Now 3 years later they can find a new life on PC. This is good for everyone.
its a mercy killing. they served a dubious purpose at best of making your choice of console a bet on opportunity cost. will some great game come out 3 years from now and i have to drop 300 bucks just to play it. That wore out its charm quickly. plus, pc was always kind of a neutral zone where exclusives could still go…
fanboy much?
it’s a good thing when a game comes to other platforms.. more people play.. more money to publisher..
microsoft understands that.. and that’s why xbox = windows 10. and i love xbox game pass on pc.
There’s something to be said for exclusives in that they exist to provide a competitive edge for a platform. And competition can drive up quality. They provide obstacles to us as consumers but at the same time exclusivity has provided us a lot of games that are a cut above the rest (and yknow some stinkers too of…
It isn’t “RIP exclusives,” it’s just that these are timed exclusives rather than forever exclusives. Sony gets all the benefits of having these games exclusive to their console, for years, and then when sales are really trailing off, boom, they get to sell it fresh all over again for a different market. It is a win…
Exclusives dont work on PC gamers, the proof is all my PC gaming friends and I haven’t gotten a console since the PS3. Sony hasn’t made any money from us since 2014, if they released their games on PC, then they would at least get our money for those. If the games are PS4/PS5 exclusives for a year, then ported to PC…
Tell that to nintendo
Not really though. PC can be viewed as a neutral platform in the console war. Exclusives is what sells consoles, but not PC’s. Games can continue to be exclusive, then come to PC 12-18 months later, when the rush window has closed. Sony/Microsoft still get their exclusive sales, and PC players don’t feel punished…
Good.
Thank god, now all I’ll need is my PC and watchever nintendo console that is out.
‘Course, the logical ‘end of exclusives’ is also ‘the end of consoles’.
Eh, are we pretending that’s a bad thing?
lol, good fucking riddance.
