I know, but some days I just reach the limits of my ability to tolerate let alone co exist in a country teeming with befouled masses oozing stupidity and ignorance.

Because it’s a gendered term. I understand that outside the US, it’s more common, but it’s still a misogynist word when used as an insult. As is calling some one “a pussy” for weakness. Or other terms that are hate speech, like calling someone a “fag” for weakness, or a “retard” for stupidity.

We deserve to be hit with an asteroid at this point.

Nope.  You aren’t allowed to call women “cunts”.  Even the worst of them.  It’s gendered hate speech.  Call her something else.  There are plenty of words.  

Words fail me; all I can say is that this is so damn sad.

I still think men, particularly white men, need to be held to account. The fact that they get a pass in just part and parcel of privilege.

I’ve been seeing polls with her at 11% or 14%, so this is better.

Just be prepared that it is really dark.  As in, men do really evil things to women.  But it is good.

Is that Obscura by Joe Hill?  I downloaded a sample, but haven’t yet read it.

Have you read “Life After Life” by Kate Atkinson? That is her best book. About a girl that is repeatedly living the same life over and over again; it might sound strange, but it’s brilliant.

Warren is in second? That’s good news. All the polls I’ve seen show her losing momentum.

First they need to learn how to spell. Anything beyond 3 letters. If that. Also, to walk upright and stop picking nits out of each other’s fur.

If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend watching “The Weekly” episode about “The Gallagher Effect”. It’s currently streaming on Hulu. It’s episode 23 (the latest one, I believe).
