As a British man, I received my Taylor Swift ticket in the post yesterday and took my seat in the lobby. I’m number 23,569,090 on the list, but you have to assume some of those will die before she gets through them, so at best she’ll be in her 70s or 80s before it’s my turn.

Am possibly the only person who liked “Billy Lynn.” I can’t recall being bothered by the hyper-crisp cinematography. Loved the performances of Alwyn, Garret Hedlund and Vin Diesel. There was something really ambitious about the plot, and it didn’t quite work all the way. I found the parts that worked quite moving. 

Is Katie Holmes even acting anymore?  I wonder what’s happened to her career.
