Koenigsegg does not want to call this car a hybrid, because the traditional thinking is that a hybrid is a car that is compromised by weight and other shortcomings in order to make it work. Koenigsegg wanted to get rid of the compromises and make a car that is actually better because it's a hybrid, not worse.

They have these already. Sunglasses! Then all the windows are tinted. You can even get them polarized...

Thanks for bringing in the VW/Buster Bluth connection! I remember learning about this when watching Arrested Development long ago.

I haven't watched the episode yet, but it looks like they did a great job on this car!

Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto!

Preach it, brotha!

I was trying to quickly grab some flying Celicas, and most happened to be ST185s. But you are right, the ST205 in the second pic doesn't match. Unless we are talking about racing liveries, then the Repsol/Marlboro ST185 in the bottom pic is out of place.

I love all the GT-Fours equally!

Hnnnng! Dead sexy!

One of the niceties that I miss the most was the awesome map light. It had a magnetic base and stored just in front of the center console. It had a decent length of coiled-up (telephone-style) cord so you could turn it on and look all over inside your car for stuff.

My first car was a Gen 1 (MA40) 1981 Celica Supra P-Type. Looked exactly like this, only not quite as shiny. Same hand-cranked sun roof. I bought it in 1995. It was a fantastic car. It was so solidly built. The 5ME wasn't super powerful, but it was torquey, smooth, quiet and dead reliable. Everything on that

You really can't go wrong. All the GT-Fours were awesome.

Prius sales may also take a hit.

Duuuude! Strong work, man! See, even google knew it. That the most awesomest Saturn ever. I wonder which he (c'mon, it has to be a guy, right?) spent more $$ on, the car or the stickers?

Yes. And both products are purchased on the merits of how they look on the outside, with the owner having absolutely no clue about how they operate.

Not yet. Are you making me a job offer?

Just a casual observation I've made over the years. There seems to be a correlation between the two. Of course, I have no data to support it.

If this happens, Volkswagen sales will plummet.

SRSLY?? I know GM was involved, but let's give Boeing some credit!
