That sounds amazing. It also sounds pretty much just like a reuben with an egg. That is not a criticism.

My primary gripe about Far Harbor is that it’s not a kind of “end-game” expansion I wish that it was. I say this to temper your expectations: it probably fits best doing it when your character is level 15-25. So if you’ve already completed the main campaign and are like level 60+, your character is going to breeze…
I feel as though our opinions on the Fallout franchise are pretty well in sync. That said, absolutely play Far Harbor! It’s not perfect, but its atmosphere is excellent. It’s quite easily Fallout 4 at its very best, and nails the really horror-y aspects of Fallout 3 and New Vegas that go kind of understated sometimes.
Ok, let’s get this out of the way: “Violet! You’re turning violet, Violet!”
“McMenemy” sounds like a recurring villain from some Arrested Development plot that follows Gob’s misguided attempts to dabble in feminist activism while simultaneously being thwarted by the concept of female anatomy.
More so, it’s just so nakedly fucking textbook. A woman “fails” to acknowledge you, so you array with her political/media rivals in... an effort to get her attention? Like I’m sure it could be psychoanalyzed and parted out for recycling, but the psyche of the entire Trump movement is laid plain: I’m entitled to…
It’s pronounced “La-CROY” according to their own website. Sure, the French would refer to The Cross as “la cwah”, but alas.
In 2000, Donald Trump probably thought that that book written for him was actually talking about Ben Laudin, a Jewish lawyer once in his employ who hails from Montreal.
I really *like* that it didn’t fit the setting. I totally sympathize with people who felt it was too ~edgy~ or try-hard, etc. but the irreverence was kind of refreshing in a weird way since the game’s dialogue is nearly the opposite.
(“comfort food” is a deeply silly term)
She’s also the new boogeyman among the Right (since they can’t use Hillary Clinton anymore).
Great post, thank you for this.

Bratwurst with lots of sauerkraut and beer for my next flu confirmed by a medical professional.
I don’t disagree with you whatsoever, but the problem remains the guns.
I actually sort of ...like?... that tomatoface is still around. I mean, the dedication is equal parts maddening and impressive. He’s certainly not lazy, I’ll give him that.
What sucks, however, is that according to the same poll, 47 percent of Americans do agree! They think that “the way the media reports the news” encourages violence, not the way the president talks.
