And you must be stuck in the 90s because new Camaros are boss.

OK, answer me honestly:

This wins my vote for most crack pipe vehicle ever featured

It’s not “fundamental to air travel”. God didn’t reach out from heaven and scribe down on a sacred stone tablet that “Thou shalt not tranfer seats!”

a kind of conceit which triggers an internal cerebral reaction of surprise and unexpected misdirection. Laughter is often an appropriate acknoweldgment of this event having taken place in the subject.

A Fiat 850 Coupe?

991.1 (2015-2016) Carrera GTS RWD Coupe. Its basically a widebody Carrera S with a lot of desirable options and a powerkit for 430 hp. You might have to flex up by ~$25k to get a prime example but they’re the last NA 911s outside of the unobtanium GT3/R versions and likely to hold their value. The NA 3.8 and standard

If you want a 911 that’s more of a special occasion (as you said it won’t be your daily) and that won’t lose value over five years then gt3 should probably be the way to go. with 80k you can get either a 996 or a 997, avoid one with pccb because carbon discs are very expensive to replace should you need to. For the record, you’re right on this one. The newest manual trans Turbo he can afford is the correct answer. You get a wonderful canyon car, a wonderful highway car, and a nice, usable place to be interior wise.

How ‘bout an original 911 GT3? With the fabled Mezger engine no less.

So to recap:

I’m with Tom all the way on this one. 997 Turbo with a 6 speed, asking price is only $69,000. Only 31,000 miles on the clock,

“I can walk to work so this isn’t really a daily driver, just a fun car for when I need it.”

For that amount of money, I’d just buy a real Volkswagen Beetle.
