Ah, a fellow Steam Sale veteran!

It's a great system. I like the games coming out for it.

I am more interested in learning how the xbox handles a full HDD. Xbone does not let you manage storage, what happens when I try to install a game and its full? Does it auto manage and delete one of the games i dont use as much? How do games run when installed to an external drive?

My Xbone actually feels slightly warm on the top vent while gaming, I am pretty happy about that. Most people will say the fan is small, but it is big compared to other system fans and to top it that area is very well ventilated. Ventilation is also part of a cooling system, not just the fan.

The problem with this is that I would basically pushing with the mid part/base of my finger. When I'm in a hurry to push the bumpers that's what I do, but it is unreliable and often times I end up getting intermittent button pushes without realizing it or even feeling the button click. This does not happen when I

I love the xbone controller but the new bumpers suck. I constantly have to change hand positions sloghtly to push them because instead of pushin like buttons, they pivot from the top where mu fingertip rests, causing it to feel like a really hard to push button. It sucks for assassins creed 4's spyglass. I have not

Rash!

Heres mine. xbox 360 to the bottom right, next to my games in a cd book with games. On the opposite side i have a few select game cases on display along with the xbox one box behind them. The Xbone is centered because new f course. Ps3 died a few weeks ago. 40" screen, looking to upgrade next year. Pc to the far left,

After playing Battlefield 3 on PC and realizing I was stuck launching the game from a browser, I realized BF is now a console game, even if BF3 looked worse on consoles. This is especially true when you realize mouse becomes incredibly slow when you are in a vehicle and try to look around. And there are some

Yeah I heard something like that. I like what 343 are doing with the Chief.

I can't Xbox Live Gold.

I love Halo but the worst aspect of it is that the coop portion, which incidentally is my favorite kind of multiplayer, is a butchered mess. Input lag caused because of the "Complex AI" (Bullshit). I was hoping that by changing devs those issues would be fixed but they only proved how consistent the series is on this

Should have held on to Halo 4 for Xbox One launch. Damn they really should have. It was even the return of MC. everything made sense and would have given MS a huge push this launch.

Last I heard the beta was coming even for both last gen consoles. maybe PS4 gets in a few days early. Regardless, this is gonna be incredibly fun.

Yeah the video share features on both systems are very exciting. I remember last year playing Skyrim and I took a dragon out of the sky with a miracle shot of my bow, the dragon flew in circles and tried to crash against me and missed by a hair. it looked so epic and I when I went looking for him over the hill it was

Is there any exploration? What about the framerate? is it consistent?

Thats true, I am excited however because I am a UI freak. I love messing around with UI's and even modding windows. I guess the most exciting part of owning a new system for me is knowing I am Destiny ready. ooooh yeeeeah

If anyone has Ryse, how are you liking it so far? I might go to the store later.

I think I read on Kotaku that the vents where pretty warm even on standby, My experience is that mine is very cool! pleasantly surprised.

Edit: I don't know if I have the settings wrong but the only issue I find is that I cant tell my console to "Xbox on". It just doesn't respond to that command.

Speaking of which, I am more interested in how the Xbox Live infrastructure handled the day one patch workload. I downloaded mine in like 15 minutes and was very impressed, I expected server issues and a whole lot of sad weekend minutes.
