It kind of looks like Dollhouse meets Alphas. I just hope it has a better destiny than both these show. I guess they stand a better chance of being successful because Marvel obviously dominates the box-office since Iron Man.

I will refer to it as the "Agent Coulson Show".

I confirm, it's her! I really hope she will join this show after HIMYM is over!

I like their deviations too. But The Bastard is not as horrific as Joffrey. In the show Joffrey basically is a sadistic king who can only feel pleasure by torture; something he lacks in the books where he's plainly a cruel tyrant. This added sadism gives him something more visceral than Ramsay, who tortures for fun,

I agree with MrLister here! I really like how you identify the main theme of every episode and build you analysis around it. I personally find it impressing that Weiss, Benioff and the writers can easily make "thematic" episodes while still go forward with the story and plot development.

Best way to describe it I think. I kept rolling my eyes all movie long, but I was like "Whaaa, that Air Force One sequence is cool". There was a lot of things that were shady at best (doesn't he powers the armor? Why would he need an outer power source?) and Don Cheadle really doesn't belong in a superhero movie. My

Nope, it's a show that ended a few years ago. If you've seen it you'll remember it, if you haven't let's just say it's considered to be one of the best tv shows ever by most people on this site (and in the world, because it's really awesome)!

I'm doing everything I can not to talk about a popular TV show right now. EVERYTHING.

BOOK SPOILERS, BUT REALLY SMALL.

Few things:

I know, right? I totally understand Littlefinger's obsession now!

The point of the Last Samurai was the clash of two civilizations and the clash between "progress" and tradition. I think you really didn't get it if the only thing you remember is Tom Cruise as a samurai. He was there to (1) sell the movie and (2) make us feel on a personal level the culture clash that was occurring.

Exactly. It had become a story about characters, not plot. The plot was okay, the characters were awesome. I couldn't really imagine a better ending!

I agree. The things that is the most distinctive from the BSG ending is that Fringe didn't try to give us a sweeping, mesmerizing end. They gave us a conventional ending with its share of sadness and happiness. I think Moore became obsessed with tying everything together and that totally killed BSG, but the Fringe

They have the Gulf Stream.

I WILL NEVER ATTEND ANY GoT-THEMED WEDDING.

Soon enough, "The Big Bang Theory" will be the last sci-fi show left on TV.

No, we still have Free Will!

Whatever happens, the first half of season one will still be one of the finest TV I've ever seen. I'm a HUGE "Dexter" fan and even if this season knocked it out of the park (I mean, until the last 2-3 episodes), I'm still convinced that Walking Dead was the best thing on TV last fall.

Well played, Sir. Well played!
