This is the most passionate defense of Oompa-Loompas I’ve ever heard of or thought possible. Maybe I’ll stick around this site for another week...maybe they’ll even fix Kinja??

Disappointing but not surprising.

Does this mean we’ll finally get to see some knight on orc fucking? 

My understanding is he’d fallen quite ill some years ago and that’s the primary reason for the drop in both quantity (remember how long his books were in the 90s? Compare that to the relatively modest size of TSG) and quality of his writings.

We watch a lot of Food Network shows in our home, especially the ones with Robert Irvine, and we always change the channel when one of Flay’s shows comes on. Nothing specific about him, just not interested.

The Scarlet Gospels was truly awful, especially the anime ending. Fan fiction quality to be sure. 

My brother was a roadie for their UK tour about decade or so ago. He said they were nice to the crew and treated everyone well. Therefore, I like this band. 

I’ve never seen this show and yet I hate it. 

Sure, she’s no Elon Musk but I’m sure she’ll do just fine.

For what it’s worth, I was totally planning on seeing this in the theater. First movie in almost two years I was planning on going out to see in a theater with friends and family. Now I’ll just sign up to Peacock for the free seven days, watch it at home then cancel it immediately.

I’d love to know the inside story of what happened here. Someone get Michael Wolff on the case!
