What do Zuckerberg and Sandberg care? They’re making obscene amounts of money and if shit goes sideways they’ll leave with even more.  They probably send Putin a holiday card every year.

I miss myspace more than I will ever miss facebook. The site had a certain wacky charm before Rupert Murdoch bought it out.

Meh. My disappointment in Clinton doesn’t reach the levels of these two.

So much fucking fail. Glad I cancelled my account months ago. If you are going to use a FB product, Instagram is great. 

I yearn for the old days where social media platforms would die alone and not taking us with them. 

I was on facebook when it first came out until about 2009, so roughly 2 years. I deleted it and haven’t looked back. It’s really not difficult. At all. People say “oh, but how do you keep in touch with people?” The same way you did before facebook. Phone calls, texts, actual birthday/holiday cards sent in the mail, etc…

Don’t let Zuckerberg’s fetus face and continually blank and puzzled act fool you—Sandberg was hired to do exactly this at his direct order. They’re equally guilty and though her using this obnoxious “feminist” screen is infuriating, he’s using it too. Her entire act benefits him a trillion times over.

When Facebook’s security chief Alex Stamos uncovered Russian interference on the site in 2016... Sandberg and Kaplan objected, suggesting that taking down fake Russian pages would anger Facebook users ...

would only disadvantage smaller competitors.

Y’all should see the Frontline pair of episodes about Facebook’s non-response to countless scandals and crises over the last ten years. I lost count of how many times I heard Facebook describe each incident as something they “took seriously” and would “use as a learning experience.”

These people, who chose their own personal profit over our democracy, can get fucked. Traitors, all of them.

I’m so glad I never bought into Zuck’s humanitarian act. He started Facebook to perv on women. The only thing that changed was his desire to earn lots and lots of money, regardless of the consequences. Did anyone really think he had any other motives?

I leaned all the way out of Facebook a year ago and haven’t missed it.
