I’m an organic plant based vegan. My fresh squeezed juice and veg isn’t harming me, at all. After that workout I have a massive fresh fruit and veg smoothie to top it off. My sugar levels are in the normal range and I’m healthy. If anyone commenting to me consumes a single serving of dairy or red meat during the day…

I eat Nice cream after my workouts on a lot of days. Does that count?
