Von Sydow, Stewart, MacLachlan, and Prochnow.

Glad someone mentioned Liet Kynes.

What’s a rogue demon?

Black Book and Elle are both great movies.

As someone socially awkward that never knows what to say until after the conversation has ended, I found The Doctor’s response honest, open, and refreshing. Instead of giving Graham platitudes that mean nothing, she let him know she was listening but didn’t have the words he wanted to hear. At least she listened and

I hated seeing The Good Place go, but I loved watching it leave.

Watch Krull instead.

Hard pass. One of the great things about comics getting adaptations is that we’ve had so many that have managed to improve upon the mistakes of the originals. The Boys adaptation is one of those - a different animal from the source comics, which essentially became the puerile edgelord fantasy that some of Ennis’s

Bright was basically Alien Nation with magical creatures instead of aliens. On that basis, it should have been good or at least fun. It turned out to be more of a slog. Watching a movie shouldn’t feel like it’s testing your patience.

I bet Will Poulter feels like the guy who played young Ned Stark just totally stabbed him in the back.

Never forget that Luke’s nickname among his Anchorhead friends was “Wormie.”

I really enjoyed the first season... so much so that I picked up the graphic novels to find out where the story goes... but holy shit... the original comic version is exponentially more adolescent... I didn’t get very far...

Same. This trailer made me want to see Harbour as Vas SO bad, but now that he’s done this role, it’ll never happen. Sad!

“You maniacs! You blew it up!”

I think the quasi-religiosity of his own creation always bothered Lucas. If there was no definitive, scientific reason why some people were more Force-sensitive than others, then it almost become a religious allegory, and I feel like that was always an issue in George’s mind. The Force, light and dark, are real

He is really, really good at being aware of these things and adjusting for updated expectations and/or cultural norms. And he’s a damn bit progressive as well. Course would kinda half to be, married to Amanda Palmer.

That’s categorically false.  I’d love a series dedicated to the sisterhood.

I don’t hate Leto. I don’t know the man, and while he seems a little bonkers in his method acting so do pretty much all method actors. He has been good in a few movies, perhaps great in Dallas Buyer’s Club.

In the comics... the partner didn’t even exist.
