I actually read this interview/article about ThreeSixMafia’s whole Oscar experience and it was fucking hilarious! From how they first found out they were nominated to being denied access to Prince’s after party. After reading it I decided we need more people like ThreeSixMafia in Hollywood.

Can you believe that Ex-Machina didn’t even reach the cinemas here in Sweden? Such a disappointment.

As he tries to sleep...in between the finest, most nubile underwear models Victoria Secret can produce. I think he sleeps ok.

I feel kinda bad for Leo. He finally got that damn thing but now he can’t even enjoy it without hearing “YOU THIRSTY SUCK, YOU SHOULDA WON FOR GILBERT GRAPE, THEY JUST FELT SORRY FOR YOU” in his head and watching a parade of memes when he tries to sleep.

Of course, she was asked about her choice of outfit backstage as well as the Stephen Fry-controversy after the Bafta Awards a few weeks ago. I really liked her reply and, well, I think I really like her:

I have no ability to process his (quite classically handsome) facial features and their contempt-exuding characteristics, unless I cast him as one of the evil Dons in 1998's terrible “The Mask of Zorro.” Outside of that stereotype, I cannot account for his existence.

Yeah, it kinda leaves one speechless, doesn’t it? Personally, I think the worst body language was coming from Alejandro Gonzalez Inarittu — director of the The Revenant — the guy giving the stink-eye with arms folded across his chest.

Mark Rylance only won because the Academy didn’t nominate Jacob Tremblay from Room, and that is a FACT.

Well:

Missed opportunity to cut to Leo after mentioning Rihanna’s panties.

Came across this Vine on Twitter — of Jenny Beavan making her way to the podium after winning Best Costume Design for Mad Max: Fury Road — and I must have watched it 10X over. No one was clapping, presumably because of the “horror” of a woman clearly not interested in glamming herself up. It’s infuriating but here’s

I didn’t see The Danish Girl, but I’m just going to pretend that Alicia actually won for Ex-Machina.

I hope ThreeSixMafia steps their game up and wins again next year to keep Leo on his toes.

I’m just [just, just, just] okay with Spotlight winning Best Picture: 1) it denied it going to Revenant, and 2) Michael Keaton’s literal Fuck Yeah Moment:

I'm relieved Leo finally has as many Oscars as ThreeSixMafia.

He’s made some shit films and he’s been shit in some films, but man has he made a lot of shit films watchable. The Great White Hype, Booty Call, Any Given Sunday, Bait, all of them of varying (low) quality, but all of them watchable because of him. How much more do want from an actor? Oh, and he was legitimately good

Hot take from my dad when seeing a black presenter:

Oh, TMZ.
