I quit right before this season began. I stuck it out for the first two seasons after shadow-keep because I wanted to get what I paid for (I bought the whole season pass), but by the end of season of dawn, it just wasn’t worth it. There are better devs out there that actually respect the amount of time their players…

To each their own. This event doesn’t bother me one bit. If someone played more than a few hours I day I can see the frustration... but really, this is a casual game that most people play an hour or so a day. If there were too few eggs, and everyone wasn’t stuck at home due to the virus, people would be up in arms…

Yeah, this move has lead me to completely quit the game. I was really proud of all my gold medals in PvP and it gave me a sense of accomplishment for a mode that hasn’t seen much love from D2. Combined with putting an expiration date on my gun, I really don’t have any desire to got back into this game.

This is exactly how I feel. I had FOMO for season of undying, and though I was able to get the seals and the god rolls I wanted, the cost was burning out. I’ve got a few more triumphs to complete the Dawn seal, but I have zero desire to go back into the game right now, even with the fast approaching deadline.

Beating this new encounter will also unlock the triumph for defeating Ozletc, Tazaroc, and Niruu, which is nice considering I only fought Ozletc previously.

I’m a bit of an achievement hunter, so I am really glad the devs came back adn added this when we did not need to. I’ve must have put 100 hours into this game, and I still play it every now and then.

I think I might download hearthstone again to give this mode a shot. I loved the game when it first came out, but I kind of got burned out after awhile, especially during the jade golem meta.

Whew, it looks like my CPU (i5 4460) just passed the minimum recommendation specs. I’ve had it for 4 years now, so I’ll probably be upgrading to a Ryzen, sucks that I’ll have to get a new MoBo and DDR4 ram. Goodbye wallet.
