Holy shit you're not kidding. Came to Giz this afternoon on my phone and couldn't find a fucking thing. It's an absolute disaster. They somehow made a bad layout even worse.

I live in Southeast PA and I can list like 5 nearby McDonalds, 4 Taco Bells, a few Chic-Fil-A (and I don’t even eat there), Wendy’s, etc by memory.

My wife has a 2010 CX-7 crossover. I have a 2010 Speed 3. In PA hers is a wagon and I believe mine is a sedan? I'd have to double check. They get registered at the same time since we moved here with both of them, and they used to not put the model on the documents, so I'd have to check the VIN to see which document

If literally anyone else murdered someone on camera and they knew exactly who it was, they wouldn't wait at all. They'd go pick them up immediately and charge them very soon after.

I watched the NBC feed because I couldn’t locate the NASA one quickly on my TV, and it was fine, just passing the main feed through, until they cut away to the studio with literally 120 seconds to launch, and kept talking until fucking T-5 seconds. And then on the ascent kept constantly saying they were going 17.5k

You pasted the same link twice, but I’m assuming the second is probably Peggy Noonan talking about Joe Paterno riots?

And Burr is still under investigation because despite being a Republican he’s on Trump’s bad side.

Companies also tend to work the absolute shit out of their engineers, so they’re constantly looking for new jobs that don’t have 60 hours/week as the baseline.

Same, but I also kind of like eating the original style chalky TUMS, which my wife can’t stand, so maybe it’s a texture thing that some of us like but some of us don’t.

I played a TON of Galaxian. Not sure what it’s programmed in, but it’s snappy, so I’m guessing it’s one of the removed ones.

I want to marry this thread.

I miss real Deadspin. Haven’t been in a very, very long time (alright, I got tricked once by a headline in the right side you’d be interested in thing).

Yeah, not sure where the $100k in damages comes from, since it doesn’t seem like they actually took any measures at all and figured out it was a fraud basically immediately.

Yeah, I’m guessing it’s literally less than 1 MB, and that’s a high, high, high estimate. It’s realistically just like 100 bytes in a database per person.

Man, I had “reused passwords and lack of 2FA” on my “hacking” bingo and after the headline I thought I was golden.

Well, we have a 2 year old and 4 year old whose world has been turned upside down and we’re doing our best to make it feel somewhat normal to them.

He’s maybe in gray area with the “just dough” part, except that he’s the customer, and he’s not going to bring a suit against himself, so I’m having trouble seeing who is harmed, other than Doordash and they’re not gonna get much sympathy from a trial, since they’re the supposedly big dog smart folks, and he followed

We use doordash/ubereats/Grubhub for Indian, McDonalds, Wendys, and Corner Bakery cafe. All places that don’t have their own delivery service. McDonalds and Wendy’s I actually went to the drivethrough instead because after fees and tip we were paying $15 for two happy meals. And I’m not kidding. It doubled everything

I’m guessing it’s something like 52% likely next year, and 98% likely within the next 20. And it didn’t come across well in language.

The low frame rate in the GIF is making this even creepier.
