The only thing I can think of is that it makes the redactions more secure if you redact, then print, then scan. Otherwise you have to be very careful how you redact to make that stuff actually gone but the rest of it still actual text.

I think even 50-60 is probably about right. With probably almost no compression left, suspect ignition, likely leaks past the carb, and who knows what kind of exhaust, I think at sea level it’s likely making 75 of those original 100. So removing a third for altitude gets you to 50.
