Bill O’Reilly and Gretchen Carlson made Fox News history this week by experiencing a brief tandem bout of decency.…

You’re totally allowed to laugh. This is a First World problem situation.
If I was married to a swimmer, I’d demand he be shirtless most of the time.
“Here, puppy! Come, Boomer, come! Gooooood puppy!”
Can we talk about the name “Boomer Robert Phelps” please?
I use google voice and have my mother’s calls automatically forwarded to voicemail. My phone doesn't even ring; I just get a transcript of the message (so I don't even have to listen to her voice, yet if it is something actually important, I or, more typically, my husband, can respond appropriately).
I get the general icks from anything to do with reporting on this issue. This is a private medical situation for Ms. Spears, and it is none of our business, ESPECIALLY since she has not complained or tried to change the situation.
Before this thread gets totally overloaded with people (rightly) saying they would have died without a hospital birth/c-section, I want to say I had a home birth for my second child and it was bliss. I haven’t announced this to my family yet but I’m bursting with excitement and anxiety and nerves so I just have to tell someone
I don’t understand making fun of someone for being adopted. “Oh, your parents made a very conscious decision to bring you home. They must not love you.”
I’m adopted and got the “they’re not your real parents” shit all the time because I’m obviously a different, undermined race/ethnicity. The comments seemed to come from white people only. It always hurt me, because those are my real parents and have been since I was 2 days old.
That people are time travelling from sometime early in the 20th or possibly 19th or 18th century and have figured out how to use twitter is truly the big news here.
As an biracial person, 100% of my relationships are interracial.
This ad makes me angry because beautiful people piss me off. Them and their beautiful children. Stop #UglyGeocide #DontLitter #WaitNowImConfused
I feel like the lack of nipple is also something people don’t realize. I too could have had a fifth surgery to “make” a nipple out of something but it didn’t make sense for me. Most mastectomies for actual cancer leave you without a nipple, which the media does not portray.
