I understand both sides to this lawsuit, but it all falls apart when you remember that these are children’s toys being marketed to adults, and then you grow depressed realizing your entire generation can’t get over childhood nostalgia.
Justified is dope, I’m really excited to see him play Raylan Givens again. I’d love to see him pop back up as basically “space Raylan Givens” in the new Boba Fett show at some point too.
Because Justified was one of the best things on TV when it aired and holds up incredibly well, because Olyphant has shown himself to be an excellent performer with both dramatic and (underappreciated) comedic chops (*Santa Clarita Diet*!!!), because Elmore Leonard’s work seems to adapt to a visual medium VERY well…
I agree. I also want them to find a way to get Ian McShane a part on this show so that he and Timothy Olyphant can share scenes again. It was pretty much the one thing I was hopping to see on Justified that did not happen...........
Timothy Olyphant will also reprise his role as Thief of My Heart.
God, I miss Justified. And can I say, for a guy who comes off as such a goof in interviews, Olyphant excels at playing seething rage.
Friday means it’s time for Nancy Drew! Getting close to the end of the season, now, and the show has lived up to expectations! I’d be annoyed we’re not getting coverage, except it now seems like nothing is getting coverage, so I suppose that’s just not what this site does anymore...
This show just might have my favorite opening credits ever
How has no one mentioned that insane opening credits sequence?? I was so shocked by it that I immediately had to watch it again to process it.
Absolutely loved it. Was pissing myself laughing throughout.
I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise that the top professional wrestlers are just great entertainers, but Cena has really set himself apart. His line deliveries in TSS had me rolling.
Ronnie has such a unique voice, piercing and melodic and so suited to the moment, to any moment. I remember someone once saying Sarah Vaughan could make her voice feel in tune with any instrument - I would say that is true of Ronnie as well. And she feels like she is right there with you as she sings, of joy or…
I am glad she lived to see him die first
Outliving her shitbag ex must have been sweet. I hope she danced on his grave.
I like to think her and Eddie Money are together again singing, Take Me Home Tonight.
RIP Eddie Money and Ronnie Spector
So are we just checking in on Batwoman? Or is it back in the rotation? I’m confused as to how Superman & Lois got skipped over entirely, despite being one of the best superhero shows on television?
The idea of American exceptionalism is fucked up because it was never real in the first place.
Zombie hoard? Like buried treasure?
