I just looked at the LE Canvas site for the first time in ages, WTF are they thinking with those prices?

I loved the Canvas OCBD shirts. In fact I’m wearing one now.

I don’t care about that! The reason to tell the truth is not that it might accomplish some strategic political goal like defeating a particular candidate. The reason to tell the truth is that it is the truth.

I wish they would bring back the old Canvas line. They had great, quality pieces in a modern fit that were perfect for work and weekends. This new Canvas line is far too conservative. It’s not fun, it’s not fresh - there are lots of classic pieces, but I can buy those anywhere and typically for less than they’re

Looking back on that time, and that previous sentence, the answer is really fucking clear. I’ll never be as important as I

YES. I was convinced my days as the South End’s music critic shaped the musical tastes the world over.

God, you poor bastard. And I thought I felt morally conflicted working for an insurance company as a Communist.

A-fucking-men.

made me a legal editor in a hidden kingdom of batshit crazy conservative financial publishing.

Oklahoma was literally founded on the idea that you should be able to just take things away from Native Americans if you want it bad enough so I am not surprised.
