I have a Lenovo u410 with a free mSATA slot and am looking to do this. Definitely adding this to my bookmarks for when I finally get the extra money and time to do this.

Don't listen to them, cargo pants never went out of style. So much room for activities!
Any chance being able to run x86 applications will come to Android-based tablets like the Prime? It's essentially an ARMv7 processor. Anyone know if this hack already exists for the Prime (I haven't seen it in XDA)?
Pocket knife, flashlight, cigarette lighter, jumper cables, tire pressure gauge, bungie cords, first-aid kit, and a change of socks and shoes (that has saved me MANY times).
Any way you could post a guide about how to get the LG Nexus 4 software and benefits on the LG Optimus G, it's non-Nexus step-brother?
I use this sometimes and is definitely the closest to what I need, I just wish I didn't have to have high speed internet to use it effectively.
I want to see full apps of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for iOS and Android. The available office suites out there just don't cut it.
Or it could be that people actually used their phones less on and the day after Christmas to take stupid photos.
Try a Microsoft brand corded USB controller.
...I can see this turning out really bad if the trash container isn't labeled.
I hate how most non-OS icons are just the damned icon with a giant gray box around it. How is this any better than Windows 7's regular icons?
If you or the other person are physically able to use their phones during sex, someone is doing something wrong.
Oh I get what you are saying. Perhaps blu-rays have dropped in price to make them economical to make them stock hardware (and also storage needed for those sweet next-gen games).
I'm actually glad they got over themselves and supported blu-ray. It does nothing but hurt the consumer if they aren't able to swallow their pride and get with current technology, plus you can imagine the amount of data on next-gen disks—blu-ray was probably the only logical way to go.
I went out once when Blu-Ray players were all the rage and got a very nice Blu-Ray player for $150 (this was 2008) and also some cheapo memory for laptops.
Tethering, SetCPU, Titanium Backup, Root Explorer, and a lot of other apps that are only available via rooting.
World's largest Dyson fan.
The difference between the two presidential candidates in the most recent election was only around 3.3 million, or less than the population of Los Angeles. Add to that the fact that Republicans retained the House and didn't lose hardly any seats in the Senate, it was not an overwhelming victory for Obama or Democrats.
No one is perfect ;)
As an academic, until I have access to a full-featured office suite for Android I will always need to go to my laptop for serious work.
