I havent played the game myself but after a quick search i found that the game is a multiplayer military loot shooter game. It also doesnt have a story mode, yet, but one is planned. Currently its just a bunch of pvp stuff, or an offline mode with AI. So it really doesnt make sense to not have a female character,

I mean just say you ‘Don’t want to add women in.’ just...just fucking say it. Because saying ‘Game lore’ is a bullshit reason. You’re going to get shit either way so just be honest.

Gamers still only recognize two genders:

OK. How do you feel about game criticism?

On the other hand, don’t demand that a developer change or edit their game after release to align with your politics and get riled up when they don’t want to.

Adding anything in game development is a lot of work.

Hey remember when ubisoft made this excuse about assassin's creed unity a few years ago and it was immediately proven to be bullshit?

Did you consider having female characters playable?

This is the developer who “discussed it for a very long time” but came to the decision that female character models wouldn’t be added to the game since “women can’t handle that amount of stress.”

Isn’t this the one where the developers said they wouldn’t put female characters in the game because “women don’t belong in war, they’re too soft” or something of that nature? Was that a hoax?

I have to admit, all of your science doesn’t seem as fun as pretending I’m eating yoga mats, and it’s definitely not as funny [to me] to say out loud.

You don’t have to do this man.

I promise you that she is not.

you’re right, nobody wanted to hear that

Articles like this highlight why I stick to single player games, almost exclusively.  Even if 90% of the people playing actually play the game correctly, that remaining 10% can sap the fun out of the entire experience.  Couple that with the toxic language and blaring music that I hear when I play online shooters, and

Okay? Bruh, he’s making a recommendation, with some guidelines and caveats. Chill.

I may be one of a few (in a way that doesn’t make me special, but odd), but I enjoyed those opening sequences; helped to ground the gang’s situation and foreshadow what was to come (assuming a complete lack of experience with the previous RDR, anyway).

Folks play games for all kinds of reasons, though, so I’m glad

I still marvel at the fact that Eddie Redmayne managed to parlay a small collection of ticks, quirks, and affectations into a thriving film career and a motherfucking Oscar®. Seriously, is he actually good in anything?
