I don’t believe Bo talks about Marvin Harrison at all, ever, not once.... He does occasionally mention a man with a very similar back story named Harvin Marrison though....
So if I am reading this right, and I like to think I am, the city has ZERO objection to _HAVING_ a dumpster pool.... but many objections to how you _fill_ a dumpster pool? WE all run a hose out the window from our own personal faucets to fill it, and every concern listed is alleviated. Right?

Definitely understand what you’re saying. The only way the Stunner does real life damage in a ring is if the purveyor hangs on to your neck too long... but yeah... It’s not as “indecent prone” as, say, the pile driver, or dropping in to the ring from a high wire.
Ultimately, the move, if done in real life, would involve holding the opponent’s head on your shoulder until you hit the ground. The force of you hitting the ground would travel upwards and effectively shatter the opponent’s jaw.
All of that is very interesting, and it’s probably the right answer.
