Odd, I haven't seen that in any of his interviews, including the 6 in a row that I just checked on YouTube. I've only heard him say "Doctor Who" when the interviewer said it that way (it's a matter of courtesy, instead of correcting the interviewer), but every other interview I've checked or heard has him saying "The

Um…I'm pretty sure they'd both adamantly insist that he is called The Doctor.

He should have Betty White, William Shatner, and Peter Capaldi as guests with Kristen as his co-host for the entire final episode.

Since The Simpsons is a cartoon show and Bringing Up Father was a comic strip, I'm not sure that's a valid comparison. If they were both cartoons or both comic strips, maybe….

Dozens of people have already pointed that out over the past day. Did you really think you were the FIRST and ONLY person who knows that COBRA is real? You didn't think to READ THE COMMENTS before posting?

I know, a week before Halloween and they're doing Halloween sketches all night? What is wrong with those people? It just makes NO sense at all.

" Doctor Who should be leading the way in time travel theory." Why? It has NEVER been scientifically sound nor cutting-edge, so why should it suddenly become so?

Moffat runs the show. If you don't understand by now how much he guides the show in EVERY episode, you should stop commenting about it.

"Somebody has probably already made this point but I can't be bothered to scroll through the comments…"

Why wouldn't he know that movie? He starred in it, after all, so it's not really surprising he knows it.

Whatever it is you're smoking, stop.

Or the usual "I hate that song because it's about [blank.]" "No, it's not about [blank,] it's about the opposite of that." "Then I hate it because it's by [blank]." "No, it's not, it's by [so-and-so]." "Oh, well…fuck that song anyway."

How about Devo's cover of "Working in a Coal Mine?" Close enough?

"Walking in Memphis" isn't a rock song about rocking, or a rock song, or a song about rocking… If the mere mention of Elvis makes it a rock song to you, then avoid Paul Simon's "Graceland" at all costs! (Another non-rock song that's not about rocking.)

Slayer? Megadeth? Talk about old-time rock!

So I guess you don't like anything by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band? (with a 4-decades-and-going rock career with a prominent saxophone)

That's not a rock song, so it doesn't fit in a discussion of, um, rock songs.

I agree with Meander, LucaCorso, and BuuksMartin. In other words, men match stereotypes as much (and as little) as anyone else.

Yes, Stevie changed the lyrics—which she wrote in the first place—and she has done that ever since the song first came out. She uses some of the earlier-draft lyrics.

Why did you feel the need to repeat your unfunny joke from 4 years ago about a different project entirely? That's pretty desperate, even for an AV Clubber.
