I was just watching the end of it again on HBO. Deadpool has the best CGI work, especially with the eyes of his mask and Colossus. For them to be shut out of even the technical awards is a real bummer.

As a comic nerd, I was never terribly interested in Deadpool. However my non nerd wife and I enjoyed the movie immensely. Perversely funny and good smash-smash action. Plus, pegging. If LA LA Land’s mediocrity deserves 14 nominations, Deadpool deserves one or two?

Not only can it prevent maniacs from hiding in the tub, but since you can look through and see them coming, they can’t even sneak up on you while you shower! (even with a clear curtain I can’t shower unless the door’s locked)
