Yeah, it really kind of is. I understand it from one perspective, namely that of an infrastructure in the US that just isn't as well-thought-out as Europe's with regards to rest stops, but sometimes it's just odd, particularly the number of cup holders we have. When you can get a four-seat car with six cup holders,

I think part of that is an infrastructure thing; from what I've heard, it seems that in Europe there are more places to stop, pull over, park, and get something to eat and drink. Here in the US, that's just not always the case once you get away from major cities, and those few places that do exist aren't always very

It's hard to judge just seeing a few piecemeal shots like this, but I love the level of detail. I'm not sure I like exactly how the details appear in the photos thus far, but that may well be remedied when the concept itself is shown. But whether I like the detail or not, I love the fact that there is such visual

Having been born and raised in Los Angeles County, I can tell you, if he had any kind of commute time at all, you'd know he wasn't in Los Angeles County. If he was in Los Angeles County, he simply wouldn't be able to commute anywhere given the state of the public transportation. He'd just be lost in some ether world

Yeah, I had a tough time of it when driving a Mach 1. I acknowledge that I have short arms, and so it's not the first time I'd experienced that. But as soon as I sat in there and reached for the shifter, my first thought was "Did they have Sasquatch design the ergonomics of the car!?"

No, I agree. And I think that part of that is also the color choice; it might look better in a darker color that would hide its visual mass a little better.

We're going to have to agree to disagree there.

Seeing as I haven't had the opportunity to drive very many of the cars I talk about and dream about, I'm just not sure that I have any real right to complain about any of their driving characteristics or anything of that nature. Really, with the exception of the 4th-gen Mustangs shift column (which sucks balls for a

Yeah, what is it with automakers these days? You really just can't seem to get a car that is attractive inside and out. One car always has a beautiful exterior (until Marek Reichmann decides he wants to muck it up), but an interior that's comparatively average. Then you get this thing, which thus far has the most

You know, I know that M-B claims you can buy one for a bit over $92k, but I have never heard of one being bought for less that $105k. And while the interior of the current S-Class is exceptional (material-wise, at least; I don't care for the actual design), it seems to me that with the death of Maybach, M-B is looking

I can definitely see where you're coming with that. As cheesy as this sounds, I always liked diamond-patterned seat upholstery. I know, I know; diamond-patterned seat upholstery is about as classy sweatpants in a strip club, but still. It's just one of those weird little things that I like.

I can't stop looking at this and being impressed as hell; it makes the Maybach interior look downright campy by comparison, to say nothing of the somewhat classically cheesy (and yet hyper-luxurious) interior designs of the Phantom or the Mulsanne. Hell, this thing's got the bridge of the Enterprise beat.

That has got to be one of the classiest interiors I've ever seen, and that's coming from a guy who has never thought that M-B interiors were as attractive as the competition. But between this and the SLS AMG, I have to admit, I thoroughly wish I could afford one of these.

An interesting assertion on a number of levels. In what way does the current XK have more character, and what about the F-type gives you the impression that it is generic or over styled?

Uh... no.

Yeah, that's about an appropriate description. There is just nothing about them that makes my skin tingle when I hear them; rather, they usually just give me a headache.

I dunno; I guess it's just a preference thing. I love the low, deep rumble of a large-displacement V8.

Yeah, actually, I hadn't even thought of rotary engines. They really are cool engines, but they really do sound terrible.

I would certainly hope not, and I notably doubt it, but hey, if it does, at least would take the Glenn Beck Radio Program and the Rush Limbaugh Show with it.

I never was particularly impressed with the sound of the NSX.
