Is it just me or does this prequel bare little if any resemblance to Beyond Good & Evil? I’m glad folks are excited... but is this really the follow-up we wanted?

Out of curiosity how much of the game did you play before writing this review? For single player games completing the campaign is usually when most folks stop. For huge open world games it is more ambiguous. For Drawn to Death even more so.

Jess’ comments about publishers is a bit at odds with other accounts of working with Sony, so perhaps this is more a reflection of Santa Monica Studio specifically? I’d be very interesting to hear other feedback from other developers who have worked with Sony in a similar way.

While I applaud this idea, there’s something that’s underwhelming about a lot of these covers. Uninspired backgrounds/framing, perhaps?
