PLEASE STOP WITH THE GIANT ADS. The top half of the screen is always taken up by a giant Differin ad with a video in it that doesn’t go away. The bottom right quarter is links to other articles, and the bottom left quarter is where the article lives.  I give up.

I didn’t know that dogs got sick if you change their food when I first got my dog.  So I was just switching between what was on sale and she was getting sick and then I figured it out.  Could have saved myself some horrible crate clean ups.

When on the treadmill or elliptical I put on thumping EDM/rock/hip hop as loud as humanly possible til I can’t hear my thoughts and then do intervals between super high incline/slower pace and no incline/way faster. Just keep telling myself over and over again that it’s just 2-3 minutes and then I get to switch.…
