First car accident I was a passenger in always kind of amused me.

I respectfully disagree with the Steelers refusing to reward Bell with a long term contract. The Steelers have made Bell some very fair offers, but any time the team gets close, Bell keeps upping what he’s looking for.
Corporate Average Fuel Economy
I loved the Baja. But I think that it was a niche product. It had a 42 inch bed. Not too many truck things you can do with such a small bed. I don’t think that vehicle would overlap at all with what a typical truck buyer is looking for.
Well, yeah, why settle for less profits if you can prevent it?
And I think that’s part of the problem. The fact that CAFE has had the opposite of the desired effect is rather disheartening. That being said, if I was an automaker and there was a loophole to exploit, you better believe I’d take full advantage of it.
I actually really like the Transit Connect.
I hope you’re not inferring that the Ridgeline is the small pickup truck Honda tried to make. The Ridgeline isn’t small.
You’re comparing apples and oranges though. Yes, the Frontier and Ridgeline are both trucks. But the Ridgeline starts at over 10k more than the Frontier, not including rebates which Nissan will throw at you because it’s essentially a 14 year old truck. And, Nissan will finance anybody. So no, it honestly doesn’t…
I’ve heard this argument before, but I don’t understand why. Wouldn’t having a light duty pickup with good fuel economy only help the automaker? Wouldn’t this push the entire model range higher, thus giving the automaker the ability to perhaps not have to worry so much about what the “big” truck gets if the little…
Ford, please build this truck. This is the truck that would fit many people’s needs just fine. Even midsized trucks are too big for what I believe the majority of people need. Getting a small truck that gets decent gas mileage shouldn’t be that difficult. I don’t need to tow 2 tons. I just need the occasional bed to …
Variable Speed Wipers. Every car should come standard with them. Unfortunately on some lower trim models (I’m looking at you Honda and Toyota) they aren’t even offered.
I see what you’re saying about guaranteed contracts, but I am not sure it will ever change with the hard cap. Teams would essentially be forced to keep players even if they don’t live up to their contract because they’re going to have to pay them regardless. So you have a player that isn’t worth his salary taking up a…
Could Bell conceivably get more money next year when he’s a free agent? Sure. But I think Gurley has far more upside than Bell. As mentioned elsewhere, Gurley doesn’t have the WR core Bell does. He doesn’t have the offensive line Bell does. He gets more yards per carry. He has less wear on his body due to less touches.…
So, create an exemption. Adopt the rules so that any vehicle previously registered in the state can be tested by the “old” rules.
A 50 state emission standard makes sense to me. I think all states should just follow California’s lead. I’ve yet to see a compelling argument for not protecting the environment.
Xpander? Did you just make up another crossover from Mitsubish? Not that that I would know, since a 36 % sales surge equals what exactly for Mitsubishi? 100 cars sold a month now?
Thank you. I like horror films. But this one was just plodding. It went nowhere for 90+ minutes, and then it seemed like the director realized he had to wrap it up so he did so haphazardly just to get the movie over.
