Can’t say I’ve ever seen that color before. Which is a little surprising because I was fairly active on the Probe forums during the time I owned my vehicle.

When I purchased mine with those same wheels, sure enough they were installed wrong.
I purchased mine used and the clear coat was a mess. I had mine repainted. I always wondered if it was a paint issue or due to too much buffing from a previous owner. 90's domestics were at a low point when it came to paint.
Never saw too many in purple either. That sure is a pretty color though.
Yeah, I can see why that would ruin them for you.
I’ve seen very few Probes over the years in black. It was almost always teal or red. Or in the case of the first gens, silver.
Who says it’s secure though? It’s a garage, but as long as you pay the parking fee, I’d be willing to bet they won’t give a damn.
It’s a targa which means it’s even easier to break in to. And seeing how the owner doesn’t know where it is, that just seems ripe for it to be stolen.
Neutral:
But I do look for them, that’s just it. Where are you located?
Trucks became mainstream.
Well, your lawyer is incorrect.
And since it’s a litteral circle(ish), it totally fits. I don’t even live near DC and I hate that damn road.
But, if it REALLY came down to it, you’re in a two ton vehicle. If someone is threatening my life with a hatchet, the car is a pretty handy weapon.
You know, I never thought about it that way. I always envisioned that the engine could absorb the energy, but you pose an interesting alternative that I never considered. I know that they design vehicles with crash safety in mind. I wonder how much this goes into the overall design. Is this paramount above…
But, this is the NHTSA’s test. Sure, it did well in these tests. I wonder if the same can be said the IIHS test. I’m curious to see how the lack of engine in the front to deflect the energy might impact the side-offset tests.
That’s kind of my point though. It is only in the interest of the private entity to sign on if they can make some fares/tolls. Since I don’t foresee any entity taking a roadway they can’t charge money on, this will only work on main arteries.
