This isn't self aware enough to not piss me off.

They’ll still be cramming themselves into skinny jeans and v neck tees.
I didn’t say Corden was the same age as Kimmel and Clobert. I merely said they were all Gen X, which they are.
FWIW: I’m a 29 year old who weighed 375 pounds as a college kid, and now weighs... well, significantly less than that. But I’ve had no surgery for skin removal or getting rid of some of the more stubborn fat the easy way, so I can admit that I do have compression wear for VERY SELECT times. I’d never wear it on a…
Let's see where all these Millennial guys land on the subject in 10 years (having inevitably packed on 20 more pounds and approaching age 50). Gen-X-men-on-TV Corden, Colbert, and Kimmel have all acknowledged wearing spanx (because you do whatcha gotta do). Meanwhile, women have been enduring the “beauty=pain” thing…
Yes. I hate having my feet enclosed, but in winter I have to and I need something that isn’t hugging my feet. I don’t mean just not tight. My feet are uncomfortable and hurt if the shoe fits closely. I need room. I take my shoes off at my desk, but don’t want to have to deal with shoelaces every time I take them off…
This thing is deceptive because most of a donut’s problems deliciousness come from it being deep fried bread.
... and who ever, ever eats a pint of ice cream across 8 separate snacks? Just tell me it’s 1400 calories. I’m still gonna eat it in one sitting while sitting in my bed, watching Jerry Maguire alone on Valentine’s Day, but now I know I didn’t forget to carry the 6.
You’ve never shopped with a three-year old, who can spot a Frozen character at 100 yards. And sure, you say no, but it makes grocery shopping unnecessarily fraught. I say ban the kid-directed marketing for all foods as a start.
I support these kind of warning labels, but I also believe that advertising that targets children should be illegal. They’re easily influenced by marketing claims, flashy visuals, and catchy songs. Parents (and grandparents, and caretakers) don’t necessarily have the time, education, or resources to evaluate the…
Answer: yes, totally.
It’s interesting how in the USA tobacco and alcohol are prohibited from advertising/sales to kids, but sugar and unhealthy foods are totally fine. Unhealthy food causes more deaths than smoking. I’m all for restricting advertisements for unhealthy foods.
The designs aren’t as bad as the walks. The second daughter...lol.
tell me the funniest career pivot you can imagine for Prince Harry
Here is Lisa Rinna walking in a fashion show with her two daughters, radiating the energy of a mom who tells cashiers “I’m actually their sister!”
A year and a half ago I made summer visit to one of my sisters’ houses for a little vacay/family reunion type thing. In the runup I developed a severe case of tendonitis in one of my feet. The podiatrist even thought I might require surgery. I didn’t, ultimately, but I made the journey, which was painful, and the…
Preach! Even if I didn’t need to wear Crocs (and other “ugly” supportive shoes like Dansko, Birkenstocks and to a lesser degree Vionic since they don’t read as orthopedic in many cases) I still wouldn’t participate in shaming anyone for anything that makes their lives better. There is nothing wrong with Crocs! If so,…
Crocs > flip flops
Can we add doctors to this list? They definitely wear them. Somewhere in there is an extended metaphor for the state of the American healthcare system.
