What could the added value of a show entitled “What Men Really Think” possibly be? I’m bombarded with male opinions about things every day.

Jesus WEPT. Thank you, this was probably the most fascinating article I’ve ever read at Jezebel. I was truly riveted. Your pregnancy story scared me so bad. I’m childless by choice and your ordeal freaked me the eff out, for real. A pregnancy like that would have killed you, even 100 years ago. And it’s simply

It probably would have helped you tons to have am experienced CERTIFIED MIDWIFE, not just a barely certified doula. A decent midwife would have palpated you for the presentation of the kid, relized it was not a good orientation, relaxed yuo as much as possible and then turned the kid. One nasty ouch and then no more

I’ll never forget the ex-boyfriend who excitedly told me he’d seen an instructional video on the internet where someone had trained away their gag reflex and thought it could work for me. He then proceeded to show me a clip of a woman hooked up to a machine that operated thusly: the more she deep-throated a dildo, the

“Bought and sold in the sex trade” /= prostitution. They are not for decriminalization of prostitution. Please stop saying this.

I dunno, I would imagine that if one studies Women’s Studies, they would study sex work and the decriminalization issue. Not exactly out of the realm of possibilities.

Actually, there are lots of studies that illustrate women who give a child up for adoption have more issues with regret than women who have abortions. So, actually, it does seem like adoption is a more mentally fraught decision for women than abortion.

She’s not blameless, but this is a symptom of poor resources and education for women about reproduction, pregnancy, etc. Just because someone is educated or well-off doesn’t mean that they know how to obtain certain resources.

But the Republicans told me shutting down all the Planned Parenthoods, enacting TRAP laws, and denying women cheap/free birth control would save babies!?

This is why stigmatizing abortion and reducing access needs to stop.

This is so sad, for everyone involved. I don’t know this woman or her circumstances, but it’s one more ringing condemnation of the anti-woman policies that restrict comprehensive sex education, birth control, abortion, and health care and leave women and children in untenable situations. Even if she had all the

Seriously.

This actually really pisses me off. We lobbied for the $20, to replace a bad dude who didn’t favor paper currency and would likely have hated being on it. Easy decision, right? Nope. Instead they give us the $10 - a less popular currency - and we have to fucking share it with the dude already on it. Gee. Thanks.

If her uncles are anything like mine, HE would be the one getting shit for years.

I technically did the asking, I’m not sure if this counts though.

Okay:

I know my dog loves me but she would eat a biscuit out of my murderer’s hand while standing on my cold, dead corpse. She’d feel bad about it later, though.

I’m surprised at the number of responses that are basically “Eh, a couple of days wasn’t going to kill her, she totally deserved to get fired”. Really? Really?! Regardless of the time frame, who would wish to prolong that period of uncertainty and fear for their employee? And how well do they think that employee will

Yeah, not the same. Hispanic male here that looks hispanic.
