@lankist: I'm the same as you when it comes to games, almost always playing the good guy. And though I tried to go renegade on one of my ME2 playthroughs, I couldn't get enough points to go full renegade. Most of the button prompt actions are easy enough to stomach doing, but a vast majority of the renegade dialogue…
I can never bring myself to play an evil character unless I'm going for a trophy or something. I just have this crushing guilt anytime I do something bad in a game, even if it is more fun. I always end up the pure good, taking the long way, giving money to any character that asks for it guy.
@GeneralBattuta: And Portal is a video game? I'm not arguing against you, just saying that's not the best counter.
@BoltBoy: It sure truncates to that though.
Hmmm, more people should outsource music if it's going to sound that good. Outside of the music though, I didn't see anything that really "wowed" me. Mechs are always cool and I always like to support indie studios who work hard to put together something great. But from a pure gameplay standpoint nothing stood out…
@jynx2501: Nope, Rosalind Ayres.
@swans: Meanwhile I'll be stealthing just outside of the area illuminated by the torch, also naked and shearing a sheep while eating grilled cheese. What?!
@Chestnut Bowl: The way he's posing makes me think he's not an enemy. Of course I could be totally wrong and approach him in the game with the mentality that he's some friendly NPC only to be instantly devoured.
@Craigaleg: It actually looks like the giant wolf might be an ally. Maybe some kind of god that has missions for you! How cool would that be? :D
@ThreeOneFive: He's also my favorite because you actually have to stay on your toes the whole time. Some of the other boss fights become almost automatic after a while but Flamelurker, Tower Knight, and the Maneaters are always fun.
Beginners should try #6 later.
I would actually LOVE a Street Fighter x Mortal Kombat. I think it'd be so much fun to see Ultra/Super combos for the Mortal Kombat characters and also reimagined in the SFIV art style. The flip side of that crossover doesn't interest me as much but it'd still be pretty neat.
Well, it's working on a lot of levels. :)
Lol!
@Cheese Addict: I thought you said a challenge? ;)
@Veit: Don't worry, I'm with you on this. I actually make it a point never to buy ANYTHING from Gamestop because they pretty much started all of this pre-order bonus nonsense. I have other issues with them as a company but that is the main one.
@d_r_e: I think those parts where he was dumping clips into people were only when they had shields/barriers up. Unguarded enemies seemed to go down pretty quickly, especially at point-blank with a shotgun. :P
Yes! Fast pace, crazy power-ups, and holding multiple weapons. Seems like this is going to play like an old school shooter.
@MrGerbz: That's what I was thinking. It seems like an unnecessary number of challenges. And with the final one being apparently only completable by the hardest of the hardcore, I'm not sure I'll be able to get through it. I've never been able to pull off the more difficult things in fighting games.
