Agree, always thought it was dumb to name the company the first name of the guy who’s last name is being used by your chief competitor.

“PatBateman’s right! Psychotic, but right!”
Nope. I’m just the guy with active FINRA licenses who understands these things.
There are rules as to when companies can respond to what kind of news that is released during certain time periods. It’s an SEC rule that I’ve personally seen used against companies by short sellers in the past to crater a company’s stock with exaggerated claims and/or half truths.
YOU JUST HAD TO GO AND RUIN MY SPEECH DIDN’T YOU?
I doubt all of what was said in that report was true, but there was probably enough truth in it to have him removed. Milton’s shares are surely still in his name, so he’ll become wealthy with Nikola’s eventual semi-success (thanks to GM) regardless of his removal.
And where is Sergio now, after he said that?
I powerwash my ash off. Want me to come over and blast off your ash, too?
FINALLY, someone with culture and who understands geography.

I’m so glad that this car doesn’t get the hate that the California did. Yeah, the tail lights made no sense, yeah, it wasn’t as fast as it should’ve been, yeah, it’s named after a trash ass state, but it wasn’t THAT bad of a car.

Can I just buy that? With the saw on the roof? Because I want that.
So back in 2010 or 2011, a report came out from a short position holder on Morgan Stanley stock stating that the company had $20 Billion of European bonds that were at risk of being completely wiped out. This was during the time when Greece was completely destroying the entire continent’s economy and Germany looked…
I’m on my system right now (on a regional video conference call, too, so I have to pretend that I’m paying attention to that) and looked up what MFs/ETFs hold Nikola. Fidelity is in on it big time, but they’re the only major company that is. The rest are fund companies I’ve never heard of.
Actually, those stocks make up very VERY little of most 401ks/retail brokerage accounts that the average investor owns. The VAST majority of large cap growth funds either own zero or just a fraction of a percent of Nikola or the other stocks that we’re discussing. MAYBE TSLA might make up a percent of some funds, but…
