Oh, I never intended to elevate Vettel at all. We’re on the same page :)

scrolled down to post this myself. Hamilton can never be discounted from a podium spot this season, and should never be ignored to take home a victory.

When you said thrust-vectoring jet engines, my mind immediately went to Wipeout-style anti-gravity racing.

Ah, I guess there was the incident with Raikonnen, Hamilton, and Vettel last season.

I learned the same lesson this weekend while performing a head gasket replacement on my e30: sometimes, you need to ask for help.

My guess is that whatever was happening to Hulkenberg’s car could also potentially happen to Ricciardo’s, so they killed his to be safe. Although in other reporting, apparently Ricciardo’s car had some electrical issue that prevented him from removing the steering wheel for fear of electrocution.

If you consider fun getting annoyed and hitting his teammates, then by all means, Ricciardo is your man. He seems to make too many mistakes for my liking.

See, I wasn’t going to reinstall and then you go tugging on nostalgia like that. Now I have to try this.

Upside, sure, but for whom? Autonomous cars would still be cars clogging up the roadways and increasing emissions. That upside is only for potential profit for the for-hire apps and car manufacturers.

it’s Mohave because now you Have Mo’ SUV.

My E30 flashes the Check light anytime the ignition is first turned to ON, until you touch the brake lights. Nothing like a healthy dose of fear before every ride.

I’m in WI, and I actually love having snow tires and RWD. Nothing beats slipping the rear end out a bit (in a controlled manner) on fresh snow in the morning.

I really liked this series as a newcomer fan of F1 this season. The rivalries between Renault & Red Bull, and Renault & Haas were some of the best episodes. I also enjoyed the feature on Force India; too bad that the team was hung out to dry and Ocon got shuffled to the reserves. Hopefully he gets a chance on Mercedes

AWD isn’t a safety feature, so I don’t see this happening. It’s just a different powertrain that makes it easier to maintain power to any of the four wheels that has more grip than the others. The NHTSA doesn’t mandate things unless the benefit is estimated to be greater than the cost, and considering that AWD is still

Reminds me of the quote on the back of a Team O’Neil Rally School shirt: “blah blah blah...Accelerate!”

Lancia is so good it deserved to have its picture posted twice :)

A Cheap BMW

I cry everytime.

but God no not that compact. The e36 318ti is the compact that should be respected. The e46 compact front end looks like butt.

These days most people have forgotten what in-car stereos were like until the late 90's and modern generations of the luxo-barge-as-family-sedan. A branded head unit with maybe a tape deck and 15-watt rated output to 2 speakers, little paper-cone 6" or 8", maybe a 2-way pico/tweeter on the high-end stuff.
