They finally made the “Great Job” horn. What a world.
For some reason the Wish reminds me of the hundreds of Daewoo Ticos I saw in Peru earlier this year. Those things were EVERYWHERE
This needs to be COTD.
opened the article, scrolled straight to the comments, was not disappointed.
There is a special number: 69.
Thanks for clarifying, I was legitimately confused why I wasn’t hearing an S14 exhaust sound. That 2JZ screams.
It sounds like a whiny RC car with a little bit of exhaust.
I started calling them Scoobarus to myself a year ago. Glad to know someone else does this too
After travelling to Peru for a vacation, I’m humbled by their aggressive driving and have no complaints about American drivers.
Yep, Bill Gates did it so that he could drive a 959 in the US.
Well, that’s the problem for me. The M20 engine is too much fun to keep pinned at 70mph (and BMW’s attempt at cruise control in 1989 is not great). Can you talk about how it livens up the acceleration in an upcoming post?
I know Jalopnik has ranted on this before, but let it be said again: ban bumper stickers.
The Team O’Neil instructors are so helpful at ‘flipping the switch’ as you described. Building that muscle memory is what they focus on so that you actually learn from the experience.
@Peter what final drive ratio did the new differential have? I really want to find a 3.73 LSD for my manual 325i, but all I can find is 4.10 and as a daily driver, that might be too inefficient for driving to work.
I did not know this. Is there any more information on how to get those fares?
I was starting to forget.
Knee-room.
I’d rather listen to 14 minutes of straight-6 exhaust noise than 14 minutes of intake whistle and cheap blow-off valves.
Hey Raph, where did you find that picture? Because I want that house.
COTD for sure
