I was a little angry at how much I was enjoying Pete Davidson's character in the courtroom sketch, because that sketch was so lazily offensive the fact that the performance was pretty good made it even worse.

So what's going on with Collum? I'm not sure whether he feels like his control is slipping away and is desperately trying to keep hold of it, or if he's just angry all the time. Because while Dougal and Jaimie probably aren't following his orders in the most technical sense, they and Claire are pretty much, from what

I don't know, it works out for her about half the time. Most of the episode wouldn't have happened if the Duke didn't fear her wrath. I'd say that record is good enough.

I mean, I'm not going to deny that being president is an insanely stressful job that would wear anyone down, but I think people forget that at least part of that is…you know…a normal part of aging eight years.

Dammit, why did you say that? Now I'm going to have to watch that show.

I HAVE A LOT OF LEFTOVER STARDUST AFFECTION THAT IS VERY EXCITED FOR THIS!

Plus they at first tried to pass Clara off as having the exact same relationship with the Doctor as Amy/Rory, and then when that didn't work, they tried to push them into that weird romantic thing which really didn't work.

Yeah, it wasn't that surprising when he announced his departure a few months after. The three of them were what made that era of Who; alone, Smith was definitely the lame duck doctor.

No, just get Henry out of prison just long enough to really destroy Barry when you kill him immediately after, and then Joe continues living forever.

Yeah, no one ever seems to talk about how Emmy voters watched The Daily Show one time in 2003 and then decided they didn't have to watch any other shows in the Variety Series category ever again. And I say that as someone who legitimately believes that The Daily Show deserved most of those awards.

The first two seasons are some of the most brilliant television I've ever seen, and then the second two do almost everything they can to systematically undermine that. So it's definitely a show you should start watching, although I can't necessarily recommend that you continue watching.

I would like Naya Rivera to show up on The Flash at some point. She and Grant Gustin had way to much chemistry in Smooth Criminal to never do anything together again.

He is in no way qualified to be principal! Which I realize is a strange place to take my stand on suspending disbelief, particularly since this is a show that had Sue as principal for, what, two seasons? But I'm not convinced Will even has a teaching degree, let alone the administrative experience to do this…

Well, Adam Scott's free…

So Glee went for saccharine over honest. Somewhere, there's an alterna-Glee that followed through on those themes of sadness and hopeless dreams of the first season – where Rachel is a struggling off-Broadway actress, where Mercedes is a customer service rep who sings at church on the weekends, where Kurt spends his

I watched Glee religiously for its first two seasons, haphazardly for the next three, and cautiously this season. There really is something derangedly brilliant about this show. I think I've come around to just accepting that it's such a complete mess that occasionally, accidentally, something is perfect. I mean,

I liked it. There's got to be something that sets Boyle off, and he's been established as caring about his job and doing it well, so I can see being forced to work with two morons as pushing him to his limit.

Gretchen weirdly became one of my favorite characters by the end of the season. She's not as obviously hilarious as Titus or Lillian, or overtly kickass as Kimmy, but whenever she has a small thing to do, she absolutely nails it.

I hope Kimmy calls him out on how ridiculous it is for him to try to guilt her into marrying her. It was the framing of it that squicked me out - if it had been framed as "hey, we're friends - let's do this goofy thing together and work out the consequences as they come," I would have felt a lot better about that

Well Abed did spend a noticeably long time polishing Duncan's name card…
