I agree that between the harness, the climb-rated quick draw and the safety belt that the harness is the most likely point of failure. But I still think it's robust enough to restrain the dogs from flying from the backseat up through the windshield.
Yep - mine have enough room to turn around, and look out the window, but that's it.
