It sounds great! But I can see how beets + a blender or food processor could = total crime scene. I de-seeded a dozen pomegranates last week and am still finding pink evidence in the kitchen.

Oh yes! Especially when you completely forget that you ate nothing but beets for dinner the night before (lots of drinking involved). Thought I was for sure hemorrhaging.
