No, they really didn’t. They said it was bicycles following the car, and that they were home within 20 minutes of leaving the event, apparently including a stop at a police station, where they transferred to a taxi. A taxi whose driver says yeah there were some photographers following, but it wasn’t a chase. There

That one image says it all.  Plus I can’t stop laughing at the forehead.

I don’t really have a winner in this one. Yes the paparazzi are trash. But these two have managed to turn their pleas for privacy into a major publicity tour. Take a step back and live your lives, quit giving these soul-baring interviews, and people will lose interest and the paparazzi will find people of greater

Uh, of course it “involves” them. The lawyer quoted in the article is the lawyer for the company who owns the photos. Responding to demand letters is her job.

I don’t know entirely how i feel about all of this, but... our intrepid AVC columnist didn’t pull the word demand out of their butt:

I’m sure it WAS a two hour chase. It took the paparazzi TWO HOURS to

When did the collective Left-leaning blogosphere decide to turn on these two

The modern world is full of scenarios where it is perfectly OK to hate on both sides of a dispute.  For example, if it weren’t so serious I’d be getting my dumpster sized popcorn bucket ready for Trump v De Santis.

In my defense, I could write multitudes of epic screeds and pithy comments about the truly dark evils of the Republican party, and never communicate it quite as clearly as with that gif (or its variants).

That fucking gif.....CHRIST!

I’m not sure if this is true or not, but I heard on The Daily that even if she does resign, there’s no guarantee that there will be a special election to replace her. Knowing the the Rs and their petty, hypocritical ways, they’ll find any and all means to block it from happening.

I was once in the “let her finish out her remaining term” way of thinking, out of respect for her and all she has accomplished. But that statement pretty much says it’s time for her to hang up the towel, go home, and enjoy they remainder of her days under the California sun.

Senators can be replaced on committees by unanimous consent, meaning if Feinstein dies or continues to be incapacitated, Republicans can filibuster her replacement on the committee. Anyone who doubts McConnell’s resolve when it comes to pulling out all the stops to block Democrats’ judicial confirmations hasn’t been

Time for journalists to start following the money here, who is financially benefiting from this. Which of her aides’ spending doesn’t add up? Then have that aide prosecuted for Elder Abuse. Because someone is using her to generate money, somehow. I bet she is still receiving lobbying donations, or at least was until
